Selling - We will work together to plan a strategy for each room. By using what you have and decluttering we will make your home feel well presented so a buyer can picture themselves living there.

 

Moving/Downsizing – We will work together to declutter and establish what will be going to be moved and what will not be needed in the next space.

The Process:

With the vision and plan I will help, encourage and assist with decluttering and sorting, culling, decision making, establishing the understanding of the need or want items and the levels of importance.

• Recommend a simple and easy to use organising system that will suit your requirements.

• Provide information on any storage items (storage tubs or shelving units etc) that may be needed and if preferred I can recommend, source and purchase the items.

• Recommend a charity for any unwanted items and if needed organise a drop off for smaller items or pick-up for larger items.

• Organise rubbish removal services if needed.
